And, yes, I did contemplate those debt-settlement and debt-consolidation things, however, many people I know did that still have the stress and distress that bankruptcy removes, at least it removes it if you have good counsel and supportive and understanding business people like Jeff and Jeena at your side.

I've never had creditors apologize for calling me once I've told them I'm being represented by counsel; and I'm no longer afraid to answer the phone,...in fact, I look forward to saying 'I'm filing bankruptcy, I'm being represented by JC Law Group".
