Why buy books that you just read once when you can borrow them for free?
We seem to forget that there’s a library in our neighborhood. When was the last time you paid them a visit? When was the last time you wandered the shelves to find a rare gem that you fall in love with? We pay for it with our tax dollars already… so why not use it?
Even when you save money by buying books on Amazon can add up very quickly… especially if you get the book and realize you don’t like it! You could have borrowed it from the library for 2-3 weeks and saved money.
Also, many library systems across America are going DIGIAL with their book delivery as well! You can borrow digital books and read them on your digital book reader of choice, actually! You don’t even have to leave the house to borrow a book from the library anymore. Check with your local system for more information.
