Moving seems to bring out the same habits in people every single time. Once you’ve done it, you think you’re an expert in it. But little things during the process can help add up savings over time.
Let’s take moving boxes. You buy brand new ones, use them and then (hopefully) put them in a recycling bin. Many times you may save them and use them for other things. But why not make some of your money back and SELL them to someone else? If they’re still in good shape, pass them on! Also, purchasing slightly used, yet still in good condition boxes can save you some money as well.
