by Matt on March 23, 2012

We address frequently asked questions:

  • Can I file my own bankruptcy?
  • What can go wrong?

Your comment about the means test really rings true. As a practical matter, it is almost impossible to run a means test calculation without bankruptcy preparation software (which costs $600+). I have no doubt that experienced lawyers who don’t practice in the bankruptcy area would be lost trying to do a means test analysis.
